The Kendari Creative Center is a hub for creative and collaborative activities, as well as the development of the creative economy of the community, which plays an important role in accommodating artistic expression and innovation, and acting as a catalyst for local economic growth and improving the quality of human resources, especially among the younger generation. In its design, there are three main issues that form the basis of the study, namely how to determine the location and select a site that is suitable for its function, how to design a Creative Center that is capable of accommodating all of the community's creative activities, and how to apply the principles of contemporary architecture to the design so that it reflects the values of innovation, freedom of expression, and relevance to the times. This research uses a qualitative approach to describe and analyze events, beliefs, and thoughts of individuals and groups. The development of the Kendari Creative Center is expected to give Kendari City a new look.
